Hand Held Sinew Puller

This simple to use device enables the sinews of chicken, turkeys and geese to be pulled quickly and efficiently.

• The puller needs to be firmly mounted on either a table or vertically on a post or wall.
• The leg is placed in the V in the base of the tool.
• It is recommended to break the shinbone just above the foot prior to pulling the handle forward.
• This action pulls the foot off and draws the sinews out of the drumstick at the same time.
